Rosy cheeks are a sign of good health and there are some natural solutions to get them without using colours. 

1 Exercise 

The best way to get rosy cheeks is through exercise. The sweat will flush out your toxins and improve blood circulation.

2 Drink Water 

Make it a point to drink at least 6-7 glasses of water on a daily basis. Other than flushing out toxins, it also ensures better digestion which reflects in your complexion. Depending upon the weather, you can either sip warm water with Ajwain or lemon and thyme with cold water to help you further.

3 Use Aloe Vera

Aloe vera as an ingredient is known to have several health benefits and skin healing properties. After washing your face, apply aloe vera with some honey and leave it to dry for 15- 20 minutes. The healing properties will help reduce skin discolouration and give you a nice rosy look.

4 Scrub 

Our skin needs exfoliation to get rid of dead skin and restore its natural colour. Every alternate week, scrub your face with natural ingredients such as Tomatoes and let the juices stay until completely dry. Not only will it help you to get rid of whiteheads and blackheads but also bring out the natural colour of your cheeks.
