  • What is the mode of the consultation?
    Ans- You may either select a video consultation or a teleconsultation, as per your preference.
  • Is the consultation chargeable?
    Ans- No, the personalized consultation with our wellness advisors is complimentary from our side.
  • What language is the consultation available in?
    Ans-
    Our wellness advisors are fluent in Hindi and English.
  • How can I purchase the products recommended by the beauty advisor?
    Ans-
    You may place your order through our website www.soultree.in or WhatsApp us on 9999658516 with product details. A link will be sent to make the payment. Once the payment is made, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  • What if I have further questions or need help?
    Ans-
    We understand you might have further questions; you can always schedule another appointment with our wellness advisors or call us at 9999658516. Our advisors are available 7 days a week, 10 AM to 7:30 PM.
  • How can I reschedule my appointment?
    Ans-
    The confirmation mail you receive after booking the appointment will have reschedule option. Click on that and reschedule your appointment as per your convenience.
  • I want to book a slot, but my preferred slot is already booked. What do I do?
    Ans-
