Shipping & Delivery
Every Soultree creation begins its journey to you with intention and care. From our hands to yours, deliveries across India typically arrive within 5–7 business days in urban regions, and 5–10 business days beyond. For our global patrons, orders are delivered within 10–15 business days. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 7 AM and 9 PM, and are completed with a secure authentication code shared with the delivery partner—an assurance that your order has reached you safely.
Shipping Privileges
As part of your experience with Soultree, we offer complimentary shipping on all Prepaid Orders, and on Cash on Delivery orders above ₹1500.
A nominal fee of ₹75 applies to orders below this value.
For international deliveries, shipping is thoughtfully calculated at checkout.
Returns & Care
Our formulations are crafted with purity and intention, and as such, each purchase is considered final. We do not offer returns or monetary refunds.
However, in the rare event that your order reaches you in a condition that is damaged, incorrect, or compromised, we will ensure it is made right—through a replacement or store credit.

This allows us to review your request with complete clarity and care.
Resolution
Once reviewed, we will arrange a pickup within 3–5 business days.
Your replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days following validation.
Depending on the condition of the returned product, we will offer either a replacement or store credit, valid for 3 months.
A Few Gentle Notes
Products purchased on discount, promotion, or those that have been used are not eligible for return or exchange.
Any complimentary items must be returned along with the original order.
For any delivery concerns, we request you to reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.
- Cash on Delivery orders may be cancelled without charge
- Prepaid orders will be issued store credit
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Most orders leave us within 24 working hours, beginning their journey to you.
