How do I become a part of it?
As our patron, you are enlisted into the SoulCircle Select with your first purchase of over ₹5000 at our exclusive brand outlets or on our web store. With your first purchase of over ₹10,000, you can avail of additional elegant benefits as a SoulCircle Premiere member.With your first purchase of over ₹15,000, you can avail of our bespoke offerings as a SoulCircle Insider member.

How many points do I get on my purchase?
SoulCircle Selectmembers receive 5% points with every purchase. SoulCircle Premiere members receive 7.5% points with every purchase. SoulCircle Insider members receive 10% points with every purchase.

What is the value of 1 point?
With the SoulCircle Membership, 1 membership point = ₹1

Where can I check the balance of my points?
You can check the status of your membership points in the My Account section on www.soultree.in

How can I redeem my points?
Should you choose to redeem your points, here’s how:
- Add the products you would like to purchase in the cart.
- On the Check Out page, you can see the Membership Points bar.
- Select the number of points that you would like to redeem.
- Click on Get OTP and enter the same on the website to redeem the points. -
Are these membership points transferable?
The membership points earned as a part of the SoulCircle program are non-transferable

Can I convert my points to cash?
The membership points earned as a part of the SoulCircle program are not redeemable in cash or credit.

Can these points be redeemed on stores that carry SoulTree products?
No. SoulCircle membership points may only be redeemed at SoulTree exclusive business outlets or on the SoulTree website.

Can these points be redeemed on websites such as Amazon or Nykaa, which carry SoulTree products?
The membership points may not be redeemed on websites such as Amazon or Nykaa, which offer SoulTree products.

What would happen to my points if I returned my order?
Since we do not have are fund but a replacement policy in place, your Loyalty Points shall remain deducted.

What is the validity period of these points?
Membership points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

How many points can I redeem in one purchase?
You may choose to redeem all available points in one purchase or split them across multiple purchases.

What will happen if my cart value is more than the points that I have?
In this case, you will have to pay the extra amount. For example, if your cart value is ₹2500, and you have 100 points equalling ₹100, you will be required to tender ₹2400/- (with applicable taxes) to complete the transaction.
